Africa Disease & Poverty Eradication Project
Diseases of poverty kill approximately 14 million people annually. ADPEP aims is to eradicate the four major diseases (malaria, tuberculosis (TB), ebola and HIV/AIDS) shelter and poverty targeting Africans, African immigrants to America and the population in African countries, by supporting, educating and empowering the entire population socially towards eliminating the underlying causes of these problems through health education, testing, screening, and other pracitcal help.
Behind the Scenes
The Behind the Scenes charity issues grants to entertainment technology professionals in need due to serious illness or injury that may be used for basic living, medical or funeral expenses. It works closely with related industry charities and social service organizations to assist clients to the fullest extent possible. The Foundation raises funds through events, programs and donations. The Foundation further encourages the entertainment industry to create their own events and programs in support of their charity.
Next Step Athletics
Next Step Athletics was started to provide financial support to conduct under-privileged clinics in disadvantaged areas across America and a structured scholarship program for young men and women participating in basketball training programs and AAU teams.
Youth 71Five Ministries
According to their own website, “Youth 71Five Ministries (formerly Rogue Valley Youth for Christ) provides many opportunities for loving, caring, Christ-following adults to engage in the lives of lost and hurting kids” aiming “to bring hope through relationship; providing a safe place to belong and sharing the message of the Gospel.”
