In May, we highlighted those of our nonprofits that are focused on poverty eradication, disabilities, and other needs. Their mission is to put an end to it by empowering veterans and their families with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to heal the Traumatic Brain Injury and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.

Warm Heart Worldwide

Warm Heart Worldwide is a nonprofit focused on fighting poverty, human trafficking, and lack of public health, as well as providing safe place for children, and aiding in education and availability of clean water in North Thailand. They’ve been doing this for 10 years and their impact keeps widening further and further.

Ticket to Dream Foundation

This great nonprofit is dedicated to providing hope and opportunity for foster children across the nation — so that they can just be kids. They believe that it all starts with joining forces with businesses and local communities to ensure foster youth of all ages have the school supplies, holiday gifts, properly fitting clothing, and shoes that all children need to thrive.

Mentoring Plus

Mentoring Plus has set its mission as empowering disadvantaged youth and their families to fulfill their potential and to contribute to the well-being of the community by forming relationships based on mutual trust, compassion, and respect.

Second Story

Founded in 1972 as “Alternative House,” Second Story transforms the lives of children and youth, helping them stay safe, make positive decisions, achieve educational success, and overcome personal crises. They offer children, youth, and families hope for brighter futures by providing counseling, shelter and neighborhood-based support.
